Browser accessible employment application forms are an important tool for many businesses. Storing the collected information in a backend database has become a necessity for organizations who need to efficiently process and track hundreds, even thousands of applications.
Using Adobe Flex, NowData is able to create Flash-enabled entry forms that are pleasing to look at and easy to fill out. Gathering, then saving information to a backend database is a snap!
Shown below are a few screen shots of a form used to collect job applicant information. The gathered data is stored in a secure centralized database where it is accessed by multiple users.

(Figure 1) Here the user enters the initial search criteria, then clicks the 'Search' button.
(Figure 2) The database completes the search and returns information back into the Flash interface.
The user then selects appropriate checkboxes then clicks the 'Apply' button.
(Figure 3) A detailed entry form is displayed with multiple sections to be completed.
The compact design and simple flow of the form make completing the form fast and easy!
(Figure 4) The form is configured with required fields, and will filter incoming data as appropriate to prevent the database from being populated with invalid information or characters.
When submitted, the database automatically notifies designated users that an application has been received. |
